Safe operation of wellhead compressor

1. Check the oil level. After the motor turns, install the door panel of the compressor shell in time. When the compressor is running, the belt and pulley must be protected by a cover before starting up.

2. When the compressor unit is running or just stopped, do not touch the compressor head by hand to avoid burns.

3. Before starting up and running, check whether the pipes connected to the compressor unit are normal and whether the relevant valves are properly opened or closed.

4. During maintenance and repair, the power supply should be cut off immediately, and the pressure relief operation should be carried out at the same time. Disassembly and assembly with electricity and pressure should be prohibited at any time.

5. After the maintenance is completed, the tools and accessories should be carefully counted to avoid equipment damage and personal safety accidents caused by foreign bodies involved or inhaled into the machine due to negligence and omission.
