OF Series Oil-Free Gas Compressors

The OF Series Oil-Free Gas Compressors adopt a cylinder oil-free lubrication design, avoiding the contamination of gas by lubricating oil, and eliminating the need for filtering and purification equipment. The OF compressors feature higher energy efficiency, lower maintenance costs, and less environmental pollution, making them widely used in various gas compression applications.

*The modular design of the blocks allows for flexibility in selecting single-stage, two-stage, or three-stage compression based on the compression ratio, providing strong adaptability.

*The compressors are designed for full air-cooling, featuring highly efficient air-cooled cylinders, eliminating the need for complex cooling water systems, making them suitable for outdoor use.

*The compressor adopts a crosshead and packing design, with the crankshaft, connecting rod, and  crosshead lubricated with oil, while the compression chamber and packing are oil-free lubricated.

*The maximum discharge pressure is 15MPa.

*Low maintenance costs and easy maintenance.

*The heavy-duty block is suitable for continuous operation.

*The dynamic balancing design results in low vibration and does not require special foundations.
