Lubricating oil for high-pressure compressors of industrial compressors


1. Lubricating oil used in high-pressure compressor is special oil for high-pressure compressor provided by lubricating oil manufacturer. Lubricating oil has three functions: cooling compressed air, sealing rotor meshing clearance, lubricating bearings, shaft seals and gears.

2. Lubricating oil used in high-pressure compressor is formulated with special formula, which not only can fully fulfill the three functions of lubricating oil, but also has the characteristics of oxidation resistance, difficulty in foaming and minimum air solubility.

3. The lubricating oil needs to be replaced after how long it has been used, depending on the customer's usage and frequency of use. Sometimes the oil has not been changed for half a year, and the lubricating oil must be changed. Otherwise, the quality of lubricating oil will decline, which will easily lead to high temperature trip failure. With the decrease of oil quality, if the lubricating oil is not replaced in time, it is easy to cause the compressor head damage accident. Lubricating oil has a decisive influence on the performance of compressor. Improper use or wrong choice of oil products will lead to serious damage to compressor body. Oil products that are anti-aging, not easy to mix with water, not easy to foam and resistant to corrosion must be used. Never let lubricating oil exceed the service life of oil products, and oil products should be replaced at the same time. Otherwise, the quality of oil products will deteriorate and the lubricity will be poor, which will easily lead to high temperature. At the same time, because the ignition point of oil products will decrease, it will easily lead to the natural burning of oil products and the high-pressure compressor. After two years of use, it is best to use lubricating oil to do oil "system cleaning". That is, after replacing the new lubricating oil and running the high-pressure compressor for 6-8 hours, immediately replace the lubricating oil, so that the residual organic components in the original system and the lubricating oil that can be cleaned and replaced again can have a better service life.
